Sewing for Christmas

We’re fast approaching Christmas so I’ve put together a round up of some of my favourite Christmas sewing projects to inspire you. It seems a bit counter intuitive sometimes, take a really busy time of the year and then give yourself more to do by planning to make gifts and things for your home! I actually find sometimes it’s really helpful to take myself out of the madness and give myself the gift of 1/2 hour (or even an hour if I’m really spoiling myself!) in my sewing space. Handling fabric, cutting out, the hum of the sewing machine…. when it’s going well it’s VERY soothing. Plus, of course, you’ll end up with something lovely at the end - fingers crossed!
