Welcome to another Handmade Monday, our weekly link up for all things handmade.
This week I picked up this pretty summer top in a charity shop. I really wasn’t sure of the tassel placement though! The tassels were secured into the seams so a bit of unpicking and resewing was all that was needed to remove them. Plus I was able to save a couple of the tassels and convert them into summery earrings. It’s the simplest way to make earrings, you can read about how here: How to make tassel earrings. Now all I need is for the better weather to arrive, only a few more months, fingers crossed.

Cindy’s On-line Recipe Box has the recipe for these pretty Peppermint Patties. I’ll be honest here and say I thought Peppermint Patty was a Peanuts character! From the recipe I think these are the same as what we call peppermint creams here in the UK.
