This week I hosted the Sustainable Craft Challenge and my contribution was this laundry powder container repurposed as a string dispenser.
The Sustainable Craft Challenge is a monthly challenge for bloggers where we take a theme and then share an idea for a craft that brings an eco friendly, sustainable twist. It can be an upcycle, a repurpose or as simple as just using what you already have instead of always buying more. Cindy’s Online Recipe Box has shared these delicious looking Peppermint Patty Candies. I confess I thought Peppermint Patty was just a Peanuts character! Here in the UK we call these Peppermint creams, just another name that is different across the pond for me to add to my list!
Catrin from Eggsclusiv has made some fun fancy dress costumes for an upcoming festival, I love this ladybird costume.
