Autumn has really arrived here in the UK now. I visited a lovely little artisan type bakery not far from our house this week with my daughter and a friend. It’s a lovely setting; the bakery is in the grounds of a rather grand manor house and a lot of the seating is in gorgeous Victorian greenhouses. It’s a little bit pricey but the kind of place you can go for a small and affordable treat. We enjoyed a walk around the grounds of the house too, which was where we saw these rather magnificent mushrooms (or are they toadstools? I’ve no idea!)
